The significant role of education in human development is universally recognized. More than anybody else the sector, teachers play a vital an individual. However, it becomes tremendous struggle for school administrators on how they can retain their teachers, especially those whose services are much needed. This study determined possible factors that cause high teachers' turnover, which be used as basis retention program among faculty members. Thirty-seven (37) from three different schools were given survey questionnaire to determine affected decision leave academic institution. descriptive research design was utilized this study. yielded following findings showed why decided where work. personal considered moderate extent, with change environment most impactful. Likewise, institutional also teachers’ turnover mostly because opportunities training limited.
